Role Description
The Export Merchandiser will work on-site at the company's Kolkata location and is responsible for overseeing and managing export orders. This is a full-time role that involves ensuring timely and efficient production of goods for export, coordinating with suppliers and clients, managing the order processing workflow, and monitoring quality standards. The role also entails maintaining positive customer relationships and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and vendors.Experience in Sales and Marketing to support export strategies and promote products in the global market.Knowledge of Retail practices and export industry standards to ensure operational excellence.Proactive problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail to manage quality control.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
