We are building a premium consumer brand in the healthy snacking space, focused on delivering better-for-youproducts across direct-to-consumer, quick commerce, and modern retail channels.
This is a 0 1 role, where you will play a key part in shaping the brand from the ground up.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Manager who can own brand strategy, product thinking, and packaging direction - not just marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
Define brand positioning, target audience, and messagingBuild a strong and differentiated brand identityDevelop brand story and communication tone
Product & Packaging
Drive packaging direction and visual identity across formatsDefine SKU strategy (sizes, variants, pricing)Ensure strong shelf visibility and differentiation
Go-to-Market Alignment
Align brand across D2C, quick commerce, and retail channelsSupport product listings and visual presence across platformsEnsure consistency across all brand touchpoints
Consumer Understanding
Identify key consumption occasions and user segmentsContinuously refine product-market fit
Who You Are
3-8 years of experience in
FMCG / D2C consumer brandsExperience in
food, snacks, or consumer products preferredStrong mix of
creative thinking and commercial understandingComfortable working in a
fast-paced, ownership-driven environment

Not a social media / performance marketing roleNot a pure design roleNot an agency coordination role
