    About the Role

    At ElasticRun, we are building scalable and efficient ecosystems that connect brands to consumers through our network. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market initiatives, drive product positioning, and create impactful narratives that translate business capabilities into customer value. This role will work closely with Product, Sales, and Business teams to shape product messaging, launch strategies, customer engagement, and market adoption across our offerings.

    someone who can blend creativity with data and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


    Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)

    Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across website, digital, and social media platforms aligned with business goalsCampaign Execution: Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns, ensuring strong execution from ideation to performance trackingLead Generation: Create and execute lead generation programs across channels including paid, organic, and lifecycle marketingSales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team on program development, campaign execution, and pipeline acceleration initiativesSales Enablement: Develop marketing collateral such as decks, case studies, and content to support sales conversations and deal closuresAnalytics & Performance: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; derive insights to improve ROI and marketing effectivenessBrand Governance: Ensure all creative assets and marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and messaging consistencyStakeholder Communication: Present marketing plans, campaign performance, and actionable insights to senior leadershipSaaS Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of driving marketing initiatives for SaaS products, including product positioning, demand generation, user engagement, and go-to-market execution.


    Job Specification (What Will You Need)

    Experience: 3-6 years in growth marketing or product marketing roles, preferably in SaaS / digital - first environmentsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field


    Requirements

    Strong experience in growth marketing or product marketing rolesHands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Leverage Figma to collaborate on marketing creatives, campaign assets, landing page wireframes, and product communication designs with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-makingExperience in working closely with sales teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience using AI tools for content marketing, including content creation, ideation, optimization, and campaign support.Ability to leverage AI-powered platforms to enhance productivity, content quality, and marketing effectiveness.
