Roles & Responsibilities :
Preparing of FEED, feasibility reports, concept notes for bulk material handling systems Preparing process flow diagram, scheme and layout for material handling system of steel plant Preparing profile drawings, calculation and General Arrangement drawings for belt conveying system. Preparing Technical specifications for material handling equipment like Reclaimer, stacker, screen, crusher, feeder etc. Preparing BOQ or BOM for conveying system Design optimization in terms of costs, fabrication simplicity & safety.Detailed checking and approval of drawings for next procedure Lead the detailer or draftsman team for detail and fabrication drawings of material handling system Lead project for Material Handling area and coordinate with inter discipline, vendor and client Attend the internal and client engineering review meetingEducation : B.E. / B. Tech - Mechanical Engineering

Design experience of various conveyor for Bulk material handling systemComplete knowledge of all major Material Handling Equipment such as Various types of Belt conveyors, Silos, hoppers, vibrating Feeders, Various types of Screens, Dust extraction systems, Trippers, Belt Feeder, Belt Weigher, Magnetic Separator, Bucket elevators etc.Should have functional knowledge and selection criteria of Reclaimer, Stackers, Barge Loaders, Barge Unloaders, Truck Loading/Unloading stations, Crushers, Pneumatic Conveying systems, Diverters , Slide gate valves, Lifting Devices( Hoist and EOT Cranes) etc. Experience in Material Handling System right from concept to final detailed Equipment layout preparation for complete Material Handling scope based on ITB/contract requirement. Preparation of concept note, Flow diagram, Conveyor design calculation, GA drawings and detail fabrication drawings of technological structure Procurement Engineering of above Material Handling Equipment i.e. datasheet, Technical Specification, Technical bid analysis / offer evaluation, Technical Recommendation and Vendor Document Reviews.Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (IS/CEMA/ISO etc)Software knowledge of Conveyor belt design, 3D Model will be advantagesExperience: 5-20 years major experience in the related field.
