    Role Purpose :

    The core purpose of the Senior Marketing Manager is to build a B2B lead-generation system that brings in a steady flow of business leads using content, ads, and marketing funnels.


    Create and manage a strong marketing setup (team, tools, and vendor partners) that turns audience understanding into more leads, engagement, and sales.


    Location : This is a full-time "Work From Office" position at Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra (If you are currently not located in Pune, then please do not apply)


    Prior Experience Required :

    5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, content, and performance marketing.


    Hands-on experience building and scaling funnels across LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, and Paid Ads, preferably in IT services, coaching, or consulting businesses.


    Educational Experience Expected :

    Graduate in any field from a recognized university.

    An MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.


    Relevant certifications in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing automation (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are mandatory.

    Additional training in AI-driven marketing, content strategy, or conversion optimization will be a key deciding factor.

    Strong strategic thinking, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to connect marketing efforts to business outcomes.Ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple projects while building scalable systems and continuously improving performance through testing and optimization.Should have an overall understanding of Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Lead Generation, SalesAn assertive and go-getter attitude is essentialShould be open to debates, brainstorming, and be able to bring new ideas to the table.


    Job Brief :

    We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts by building strong content, funnels, and lead generation systems. The role involves driving growth across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Email, and Paid ads on Google and Meta, while managing a team and external vendors.

    The ideal candidate will combine strategy and execution to create a predictable flow of leads, optimize performance, and contribute directly to business growth.


    Responsibilities :


    Your direct responsibilities will include :

    Own and drive the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals, ensuring a consistent and predictable flow of high-quality B2B leads Build and scale multi-channel marketing systems across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and YouTube to generate awareness, engagement, and conversions Develop and manage a high-performance content engine levering Text, Video and Graphics, including ideation, planning, and execution of content that drives traffic, builds authority, and supports lead generation Deeply understand customer aspirations, challenges, and pain points, and translate these insights into highly relevant, insight-driven campaigns and messaging Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Instagram and Google Ads, focusing on improving cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and overall ROI Continuously test and refine creatives, targeting, and landing pages to scale paid campaigns effectively Design and execute end-to-end webinar funnels, including content strategy, lead magnets, landing pages, email nurture sequences, and conversion flows Leverage Instagram and other channels to drive consistent traffic to webinars and improve registration and attendance rates Hire, build, and groom a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals, processes, and performance expectations Foster a culture of ownership, speed, experimentation, and continuous improvement Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors for graphic design, video editing, website development, and SEO Ensure high-quality output, timely delivery, and alignment with overall marketing strategy Build and optimize B2B lead generation funnels using tools like HubSpot, Snov.io, and Prospeo, ensuring smooth lead capture, nurturing, and conversion Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion into revenue Track and analyze key performance metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, funnel performance, and campaign ROI Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve marketing effectiveness Drive brand building and thought leadership, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram, to establish Expandus as a trusted authority in business coaching


    Key Performance Indicators ( KPI) For Role :


    Lead generation, funnel conversion rates, and cost efficiency (CPL, CAC, ROAS), along with content engagement and social growth metrics.


    Performance will also be measured by webinar funnel success, team execution efficiency, and overall contribution to revenue and business growth.
