The role involves identifying, verifying, and managing commercial property information across Mumbai, ensuring the accuracy of data and supporting the sales team with property-related operations. The position requires a mix of fieldwork, data management, and team collaboration, making it integral to smooth sales & operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Sourcing & Verification: Identify and verify commercial properties in Mumbai.Qualifications:
Communication: Should have good verbal and written communication skills.Qualification: Undergraduate or graduate candidates are eligible.Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable visiting multiple locations across Mumbai as per job requirements.Vehicle Requirement: Must have a 2-wheeler / Driver's license (Mandatory).Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in any field is preferred.Compensation & Benefits:
