We're Hiring Solar O&M Engineer (3-5 Years Experience)

Are you a seasoned Solar O&M professional ready to lead operations at scale? We're looking for a driven and technically strong O&M Engineer to oversee the performance and maintenance of large-scale solar power plants.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Monitor solar plant performance daily via SCADA/Portal and act swiftly on faults
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities
• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and helpers
• Prepare DGR, RCA, CAPA, and performance reports for stakeholders
• Benchmark and analyse KPIs - Generation, PR, PA, Inverter performance, losses, and auxiliary consumption
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in SCB/SMB/Inverters/Panels/Transformers/DC & AC systems
• Support testing and commissioning of newly installed PV systems
• Manage spares inventory, manpower planning, and budget allocation
• Coordinate with OEMs for AMC, warranty, and service requests
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer specs, and company SOPs
• Conduct monthly JMR and maintain SCADA & WMS records
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Solar O&M (ground mount, rooftop & MW-scale projects)
• Karnataka State C Class Supervisor License (mandatory)
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in SCADA monitoring, MCS operations, and MMS maintenance
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
