We are seeking a hands-on Head of Engineering, India with strong full-stack engineering depth and experience building AI-driven systems. This is a highly technical leadership role-you will write code selectively, review code deeply, drive architecture, and lead a growing engineering organization in India.
You will serve as the day-to-day engineering leader, partnering closely with the founder to drive execution and build the operating cadence needed for the next stage of growth. You will be based on-site in Noida with the team.
In the first 90 days, your primary mission will be to stabilize the platform by raising code standards, improving quality, and maintaining a continuous release cadence.
Engineering Leadership
Own day-to-day engineering execution for the India team across product, AI, and platform work.Drive code quality standards, PR discipline, and development best practices.Establish architecture patterns, documentation expectations, and definition of done.Build a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, clarity, and speed with quality.Hands-on Architecture and Development
Contribute directly to system design and implementation in high-priority areas.Build and maintain features using Symfony and PHP 8.x.Develop microservices in Python and FastAPI for AI workflows and data pipelines.Support UI and workflow tooling using React and TypeScript.AI and Agentic Systems
Integrate and orchestrate LLMs and task-specific models across cloud AI platforms.Build agentic workflows for product understanding, enrichment, and media generation.Work with embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval-based systems (RAG).DevOps and Infrastructure
