    Key Responsibilities:


    Drive sales and revenue for long-haul international holidaysDesign complex, high-value itineraries across Europe, USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Australia & New ZealandDemonstrate deep destination knowledge beyond mainstream citiesHandle premium / HNI clients with a consultative sales approachBuild supplier partnerships and negotiate competitive luxury contractsLead and mentor travel consultants within the international segmentEnsure achievement of sales targets and margin goals


    Requirements:


    8-12 years of experience in international luxury travelStrong expertise in long-haul destinations (Europe, USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Australia, New Zealand)Proven track record in luxury travel sales & target achievementExperience managing high-end/premium clienteleStrong commercial acumen and leadership capabilityExcellent communication and negotiation skills
