Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- Training Leader
In this role, you will be accountable for all the strategic and execution activities related to Training planning in an F&A business.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy and approach for F&A processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives and employee needs.
Collaborate with Transitions, Operations, and Solutions teams during solution discussions and proposals
Implement KT frameworks and methodologies ensuring smooth transitions
Ensure all knowledge transfer materials (SOPs/process documents) are up-to-date and standardized
Proactive risk call outs and risk management
Timely report outs around performance of batches & KT progress
Establish and drive knowledge management practices for the new account
Design and implement ways of working, training plans, assessment frameworks, success criteria, SOP updates, cross-training, and process knowledge tests.
New Hire Training: Create, execute, and evaluate new hire training plans, ensuring effectiveness and governance of certifications
SOP Management: Ensure development and maintenance of high-quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate covering all areas of work & with L5 detailing
Training Timelines Optimization: Optimize training timelines where possible to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Audit Management: Manage any client and Genpact training audits, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary improvements and adjustments as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating new methodologies and technologies into training programs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting knowledge sharing and providing resources for ongoing development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance training effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze training data and metrics to measure the impact and ROI of training initiatives, providing regular reports to management.
Handle any training-related issues or escalations, effectively managing conflicts and resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of training activities, materials, and participant feedback.
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to build internal training capabilities and ensure consistency across trainers.
