    In this role, The Global Operating Leader (GOL) will be accountable for overall process quality and exceed customer expectation in delivering quality service, business partnership, and digital transformation. The GOL will act as the first point of business contact for client. The role is responsible for measuring operation and transformation performance with metrics to drive transparency, accountability, and business service agreement adherence. Partnering with Transformation leaders and Relationship Management team, the GOL will lead business priority alignment, connect process thread, and drive the execution of agreed transformation projects. The role will include owning the awareness and adoption of Digital Service in the process

    Responsibilities

    Process responsibilities

    • Responsible to lead Finance & Accounting (AP, OTC & R2R) Operations & service delivery for existing and all new deals in pipeline.

    • Be Technology Savvy, to work with Genpact Service Line team, and introduce viable tech solutions, driving Operating efficiency

    • Front ending the clients, the candidate should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and be able to design & deliver solutions

    • Will be required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/off shore operation

    • Should be able to Manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state.

    • Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions

    • Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams.

    • Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner.

    • Partner with service line leaders and regional leadership to ensure service quality adherence and accountability to respective business service agreement

    • Be the First point of contact for business escalation

    • Accountable to operation 'run' metrics, process health measurement, and business review process

    • Responsible to change volume management and approval. Monitor key input and output metrics to measure the process quality health

    Process design optimization enablement

    • Partner with GP transformation leaders and business transformation leaders to align transformation priority and transformation solution optimization

    • Accountable for lean digital mindset and continuous improvement for respective business team talent.

    • Build & lead new technology capabilities on transformation, including GEN AI and ML

    Governance

    • Accountable to drive seamless process hands off. Provide visibility of silos defect, hands off defect, develop solution, and drive outcome

    • Solve defect analytics and solution at the source.

    • Responsible for respective business sub process metrics, business reviews, closing issue log, effort suckers, and transformation metrics. Work with process, business, and enabling teams to drive a sustainable operating mechanism.

    • Drive an effective multi-tiered governance mechanism to effectively build trust via operations and develop on existing perception with decision makers; address tactical and strategic governance

    Business relationship management

    • Accountable for insight on existing landscape and potential growth areas

    • Driving positive NPS score. Carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews for the respective functions

    • Liaising with internal departments such as operations / internal audit / SME / transformation org. to ensure needs are fulfilled effectively

    • Working closely with Client Relationship Manager & FP&A team for further penetration opportunity

    • Maintain and build strategic relationship with Segment & Sub-segment CXOs and Global Controllers.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's /Masters Degree with relevant years related work experience

    • Minimum of years of related work experience in F&A domain

    • Strong financial analytical skills and problem-solving skills

    • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking & leadership with strong abilities in relationship management

    • Strong finance acumen with digital transformation mindset

    • Excellent communication and influencing skills. Communicate to senior leaders in simple terms, to drive resolution & decisions

    • Able to magnify themes, working across centers, to drive outcomes

    • Qualifications & demonstrated experience for leading 'Lean' projects or application of 6Sigma methodologies with quantifiable productivity and quality improvements.

    • Working knowledge of Financial and ERP systems a plus

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    • CAS graduate / XLP graduate/ GP Leadership program graduate

    • Strong expertise in core Finance competencies (FP&A, Commercial & Operational Finance, Accounting Close, Risk, etc.)

    • Desire to be part of a leading-edge organization with tight deadlines, global enterprise scope and high expectations, ability to learn new technology, processes, organizations, data sets and use cases fast and create solutions immediately
