    Job Title: Senior Project Manager

    Location: Openings Across Multiple Locations in India

    Project Type: Hospitality (Hospitality project experience preferred)


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible and accountable for leading the entire construction team to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of hotel project within defined timelines, budget, and

    quality standards.

    • Manage and coordinate with all key stakeholders including clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and client-appointed partners to ensure smooth project

    execution.

    • Lead and supervise the Project Engineering team, Construction Managers, and Assistant Project Managers (APMs) across disciplines including Civil, MEP, Interiors, and Hotel Fit-outs.

    • Ensure effective planning and scheduling of the project in coordination with the planning team, including preparation of master construction schedules, progress reports, tender

    programmes, weekly look-ahead plans, and critical path monitoring.

    • Monitor performance of Supervision Consultants, Contractors, and Subcontractors with respect to technical submittals, QA/QC compliance, and construction quality, and recommend

    corrective actions when required.

    • Prepare and present monthly progress reports, schedule commentary, and critical item action reports, highlighting potential risks and mitigation strategies.

    • Establish and control systems to capture daily site resources (labour, plant, and materials) to monitor productivity, identify delays, and support contractual claims or dispute resolution.

    • Ensure strict adherence to project procedures, safety standards, and quality protocols while driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

    • Ensure the construction programme follows correct logic, sequencing, and coordination, particularly for hotel-specific works such as interiors, guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and

    back-of-house facilities.

    • Maintain thorough understanding of contract documents, hotel brand standards, codes of practice, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.

    • Provide proactive and consistent reporting to senior management and clients regarding project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

    • Demonstrate strong client relationship management, anticipating client expectations and ensuring delivery aligned with hotel operational and brand standards.

    • Evaluate the financial implications of construction methods and sequencing and provide inputs on cost optimization and value engineering.

    • Analyse and advise project teams on programme risks, delays, and recovery strategies.

    • Manage all key project interfaces, ensuring coordination between civil, MEP, interiors, fa?ade, and specialized hotel contractors.

    • Develop and implement programme recovery strategies to mitigate delays and maintain project timelines.


    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

    • 18+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, including leadership roles managing large multidisciplinary teams.

    • Mandatory experience in executing 4 or 5 Star Hotel Projects from concept/design stage to project completion and handover.

    • Strong exposure to hotel construction, luxury interiors, guest room fit-outs, public area finishes, and hospitality infrastructure.

    • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and client relationship management skills.

    • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage multiple stakeholders and consultants.

    • Proven track record in delivering large hospitality projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
