    Identify and develop product portfolio opportunities for the US & Canada Market, focusing on Derma, Respi, and Onco Therapy Areas.


    Market Analysis:

    Analyse the pharmaceutical market to identify gaps and opportunities.

    Prepare a comprehensive overview of market performance for Glenmark's competition across all dosage forms.

    Portfolio Management:

    Generate innovative ideas for both generic and proprietary products.

    Evaluate new opportunities and recommend potential additions to the portfolio.

    Conduct risk assessments of the existing portfolio and develop mitigation strategies.

    Prepare business cases for product or portfolio acquisitions in collaboration with business and Product Development teams.

    Planning:

    Develop a Product Grid for the next five years, considering stakeholder complexities such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Clinical, and IP.

    Review and challenge the selected Product Grid on a quarterly basis.

    Networking:

    Establish and maintain strong cross-functional networks within Glenmark.

    Foster relationships with key suppliers, competitors, dossier developers, manufacturers, and other industry stakeholders.

    Attend various conferences and trade fairs to stay updated on industry trends and developments.

    Ad Hoc Duties:

    Provide support for business development efforts related to new market entry initiatives.

    Utilize portfolio experience to drive business development initiatives.

    Experience: 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development and Portfolio Management, particularly in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.     Learning Design & Delivery:Design, develop and implement high-impact training workshops focused on essential soft skills, behavioural competencies, potentially facilitating select key sessions.Manage the LDNI process, driving development needs analysis and collaborating with business partners to deliver impactful learning solutions.Conceptualize, design and lead the implementation of bespoke development journeys for high-potential talent pools or specific employee groups by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and senior leadership.Apply established instructional design principles to create engaging, effective, and relevant learning content across various modalities (e.g., e-learning, virtual classrooms, blended learning).

    2. Program & Stakeholder Management:
