Market Analysis:
Analyse the pharmaceutical market to identify gaps and opportunities.
Prepare a comprehensive overview of market performance for Glenmark's competition across all dosage forms.
Portfolio Management:
Generate innovative ideas for both generic and proprietary products.
Evaluate new opportunities and recommend potential additions to the portfolio.
Conduct risk assessments of the existing portfolio and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare business cases for product or portfolio acquisitions in collaboration with business and Product Development teams.
Planning:
Develop a Product Grid for the next five years, considering stakeholder complexities such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Clinical, and IP.
Review and challenge the selected Product Grid on a quarterly basis.
Networking:
Establish and maintain strong cross-functional networks within Glenmark.
Foster relationships with key suppliers, competitors, dossier developers, manufacturers, and other industry stakeholders.
