Program Management Intern (US)
Location: Domlur, Bangalore, India.
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: 18-20K / Month
Shift Timings: 3 PM-11 PM
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Program Management Intern who is passionate about solving problems, driving operational excellence, and learning how to manage cross-functional projects in a high-growth SaaS environment.
What You'll Do As a Program Management Intern, you will:
Support the Program Management team in driving strategic initiatives across SaaS projects and daily tasks.
Assist in P&L management, cost and revenue tracking, ensuring milestones are delivered on time.
Build and maintain dashboards/reports to monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and program success. Collaborate with Business Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to streamline workflows.
Document learnings, create presentations, and support leadership reviews.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements using a data-driven approach.
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MIS Reportings.
Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
A self-starter with curiosity to learn and bias for action.
Passion for technology, SaaS, or the creator economy is a plus.
