Develop and execute the financial strategy & objectives in line
with overall business goals and
• Drive financial planning and analysis, pricing, forecasting and budgeting exercises for the
company
• Oversee all aspects of financial operations including accounting, controlling, reporting, tax
planning, and auditing including monitor cash flow and working capital
• Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights on profitability, cost management,
and growth opportunities.
• Ensure the company complies with all relevant regulations and standards (local and
global) including accounting standards, corporate laws, and tax compliances.
• Ensure proper risk and compliance set up and performance and implementation of its
frameworks
• Guide the Legal team in providing comprehensive legal advice to internal stakeholders,
adherence to corporate secretarial compliances and manage any litigation matters, in
addition to regular legal & contracting responsibilities.
• Identify domain and process improvement opportunities and leverage technology-tools to
improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Nurture and develop a positive team culture with high engagement. Consistently enhance
team capabilities & future-readiness through ongoing upskilling initiatives.
