Roles & Responsibilities -
Lead the design, development, and support of large scale data platforms using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, ADLS, SQL/Synapse Data Warehouse, Azure Cosmos DB, and Microsoft Fabric.Develop, optimize, and maintain complex ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance data processing. Continuously assess existing applications and data platforms to identify architectural enhancements, modernization opportunities, and performance improvements. Recommend and implement best practices for cloud-native data architecture, scalability, governance, and security. Contribute to solution design reviews and collaborate with architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.Manage and support high-volume, mission critical applications, ensuring uninterrupted operations across environments. Lead triage calls involving cross functional stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and coordinated incident response.Utilize understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud native workloads to support containerized deployments and operational workflows.Leverage experience with data virtualization platforms (e.g., Denodo) for improved data accessibility and integration (if applicable).Apply strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools for effective incident, change, and problem management.Maintain governance over operational processes and promote continuous improvement across teams.Lead and mentor data engineering/operations teams, guiding technical decision making and ensuring high performance.Work flexibly in rotational shifts to support 24/7 operational needs and ensure platform reliability.Requirements

Deep expertise in Supply Chain ERP implementations, with hands-on D365FO modules. 7+ years of experience in Operation and Supply Chain with ERP implementations, with at least 3 years in D365FO in internal global enterprise.Strong understanding of Operational Master data and processes within Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics.Experience with full lifecycle ERP rollouts, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and go-live.Experience with Production, Maintenance (EAM), Warehouse, Transportation, and Logistics functional areas with MSD365FO.Microsoft certifications in D365 Operation and Supply Chain i.e. (MB-330,335) and Core F&O (MB-300) preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Experience working in a matrixed organization with global stakeholders, other Product owners as well as different cultures.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ) and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams).Proven skills in developing impactful presentations that drive alignment and facilitate informed decision-making across all levels of the organisation.Why choose GSPANN
