About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our advanced Dental, Aesthetics, Hair & Skin clinic. The ideal candidate will have expertise in surgical dentistry, facial aesthetics, and minor maxillofacial procedures, with a patient-centric approach and strong clinical judgment.
Key Responsibilities1. Surgical & Dental Procedures
Perform surgical extractions (including impacted third molars)Dental implant placement & full-mouth rehabilitation casesBone grafting & sinus lift proceduresManagement of facial trauma (minor)Biopsy and management of oral lesionsTMJ disorder managementPre-prosthetic surgeries2. Facial Aesthetic Procedures
Administration of Botox & dermal fillers (facial contouring)Non-surgical facial rejuvenation proceduresPRP therapy (face & scalp)Thread lifts (if trained)Scar revision proceduresMinor facial cosmetic surgeries3. Hair & Skin Related Procedures
PRP for hair restorationMinor surgical corrections in facial regionCollaboration with Dermatologist for combined treatment plansPatient assessment for aesthetic harmony (smile + facial profile analysis)4. Patient Care & Consultation
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluationsDevelop customized surgical and aesthetic treatment plansEducate patients about procedures, risks, and post-operative careMaintain accurate documentation and clinical recordsEnsure high standards of infection control and safety protocols5. Business & Clinic Support
Contribute to treatment planning discussionsSupport cross-referrals within Dental, Hair & Skin departmentsParticipate in case presentations and internal clinical meetsSupport brand reputation through patient satisfactionEligibility Criteria Education
MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (Mandatory)Registration with Dental Council (Valid license)Experience
0-3 years of clinical experience (preferred)Experience in aesthetic procedures is an added advantageExperience in implantology and advanced surgical cases preferredSkills Required
Strong surgical skillsKnowledge of facial anatomy & aesthetic proportionsExcellent communication and patient counselling skillsAbility to work in a multidisciplinary setupEthical and patient-first approachAttention to detailPreferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous)
