We are looking for a designer who understands that a home is more than just four walls-it's a sanctuary. As a Modular Specialist at Happy Homez, you will be responsible for end-to-end design, from initial client briefing to the final technical handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Understand client lifestyle, storage needs, and aesthetic preferences for kitchens, wardrobes, and vanities.Design & Visualization: Create high-quality 2D layouts (AutoCAD) and 3D renders (SketchUp/V-Ray/3ds Max) that bring concepts to life. Conceptualize: Create innovative design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.Technical Detailing: Prepare precise 2D drawings and 3D renders (Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, and Full Turnkey) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for production and site execution.Material Selection: Guide clients through hardware, finish, and material selections (Laminates, Acrylics, PU, etc.).Project Coordination: Liaise with the production team and site supervisors to ensure design accuracy during installation.Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray and any 3D rendering software.Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and modular furniture hardware (Hettich, Hafele, Blum, etc.).Excellent communication and presentation skills.The Perks:
