Hiring Estimating & Procurement Specialist - Construction & Real Estate

About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Estimating & Procurement Specialist to support construction and real estate projects with cost estimation, vendor management, and end-to-end procurement operations.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands construction costing, vendor coordination, procurement planning, and can work closely with international teams while ensuring cost efficiency and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers for materials and services
• Manage RFQs, vendor negotiations, and purchase orders end-to-end
• Track deliveries and ensure materials align with project timelines
• Follow up strongly with vendors to prevent delays and cost escalations
• Partner with project managers and finance teams on budgeting and cost control
• Build and maintain a reliable vendor and supplier database
• Support contract negotiations and vendor compliance
What We're Looking For
• Experience in construction estimating and/or procurement
• Background in real estate or construction industry preferred
• Strong understanding of costing, procurement cycles, and vendor management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in EST / US overlap hours
• Experience working with US/Canada-based teams is a strong plus
• Spanish language proficiency preferred but not mandatory
