We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager - Business Development to support sales growth in the hospitality segment. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities in
hotels, aviation, and hospitality chainsSupport in achieving sales targets for ELV solutionsAssist in preparing proposals, BOQs, and techno-commercial submissions
Client Handling
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clientsConduct meetings, site visits, and presentationsUnderstand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
Sales Support
Coordinate with internal technical and execution teams for solution designFollow up on leads, inquiries, and closuresMaintain CRM updates and sales pipeline
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities and market trends in the hospitality segmentIdentify upcoming projects and tender opportunities
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle client discussions and presentationsGood knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal draftingWillingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Bachelors' degree or GraduationMBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantagePrior exposure to
