    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsMaintain a clean and organized reception areaHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesSchedule appointments and manage calendarsProvide basic information to clients and visitors about the companyAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparationMonitor office supplies and place orders when necessaryMaintain security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor logs)


    Requirements & Skills:

    Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Professional appearance and attitudeAbility to handle stressful situations calmlyHigh school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
