About the Role
IFC Ventures is hiring a supply chain executive to support day-to-day supply chain operations, with a strong focus on warehouse coordination, packaging management, and execution efficiency.
This is an operations-focused, execution-heavy role where success depends on your ability to coordinate across warehouses, ensure smooth packaging workflows, and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and dispatch readiness.
You will act as a key link between internal teams, warehouse partners, and packaging units to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Coordination
Act as the point of contact for warehouse partners and third-party logistics providers
Coordinate inbound and outbound operations across warehouses
Ensure:
Accurate inventory management and stock reconciliationTimely dispatch of orders to meet platform SLAsProper storage and handling of productsTrack warehouse performance and resolve operational bottlenecks
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
2. Packaging Management
Coordinate with packaging vendors and internal teams for packaging requirements
Ensure availability of packaging materials aligned with demand forecasts
Monitor packaging quality and compliance with brand standards
Oversee packing processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and minimal errors
Work on improving packaging efficiency and reducing waste.
3. Inventory & Stock Planning
Track stock levels across warehouses and ensure optimal inventory availability
Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams for replenishment planning
Minimize stock-outs and overstock situations through proactive planning
Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
4. Order Fulfilment & Operations
Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders across all channels
Coordinate with warehouse teams to meet delivery timelines
Monitor order accuracy, returns, and damages
Work towards improving fulfilment speed and accuracy
5. Data Tracking & Reporting
Track and analyze:
Inventory levels and stock movementOrder fulfilment metricsWarehouse efficiency and turnaround timesGenerate reports and actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
Procurement (material and packaging sourcing)Operations (order planning and execution)Finance (inventory valuation and cost tracking)Ensure alignment and smooth communication across teams
Required Skills & Experience
0-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations Strong coordination and organizational skills Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Excel or Google SheetsPreferred Background
Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or quick commerce environments
Internships or prior exposure to warehouse or logistics operations
Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP tools

Hands-on experience working with third-party warehouses or logistics partners
Understanding of packaging materials and processes

This role focuses on identifying and coordinating with third-party manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, and packaging vendors to support product development and procurement processes. The position involves vendor research, supplier coordination, commercial negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely product development and sourcing execution. This opportunity is suitable for professionals interested in building experience in vendor sourcing, procurement coordination, and supplier management within consumer product industries.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Identification & Supplier Development
Identify and evaluate suppliers for skincare ingredients, food products, nutraceutical ingredients, and packaging materials.Research potential third-party manufacturers and private label production partners.Support vendor onboarding processes, including documentation and initial capability assessments.Contract Manufacturing & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with contract manufacturers and private label partners for product development and production requirements.Support sourcing activities related to skincare formulations, packaged foods, and nutraceutical products.Ensure communication between vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.Procurement & Commercial Coordination
Assist in procurement activities related to raw materials, ingredients, and packaging.Support vendor negotiations for pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and lead times.Maintain records of supplier quotations and procurement comparisons.Compliance & Documentation Support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure vendors maintain required certifications and regulatory documentation.Support documentation processes related to product sourcing and supplier compliance.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with product development, operations, and marketing teams to align sourcing timelines with product launches.Coordinate vendor communication during product development cycles.Vendor Relationship Management
Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.Track vendor responsiveness, delivery timelines, and service quality.Market Research & Supplier Insights
Conduct research on emerging suppliers, ingredients, and packaging innovations in skincare, food, and nutraceutical markets.Share vendor insights with internal teams to support product development and sourcing strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or supply chain coordination.Exposure to the cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, food products, or nutraceutical industries is preferred.Basic understanding of supplier sourcing and procurement processes.Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple supplier interactions and timelines.Good negotiation and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.Preferred Exposure (Good to Have)
