Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, space planning expertise, material knowledge, and the ability to manage client expectations while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and site execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from concept development to final executionDevelop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and presentationsPrepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawingsCoordinate with 3D visualizers to develop realistic design presentationsSelect materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elementsManage client meetings, understand requirements, and present design solutionsWork closely with project execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained on siteCoordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for timely deliveryConduct site visits and resolve design-related challenges during executionEnsure projects are delivered within timelines and quality standardsMentor junior designers and support the growth of the design teamRequirements
4-6 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential or premium interior projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and MS OfficeStrong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, and execution detailingExcellent presentation, client handling, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong eye for detail, aesthetics, and luxury design sensibilityBachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture / related fieldPreferred Skills
