Dealing with Statutory formalities, Property tax, Property maintenance, Rental income, etc.,
Identifying location/ space conversion from agriculture to commercial/ residential & vice versa.
Negotiating with landlords/ owners.
Evaluating feasibility of locations.
Facilitated solution conversation between the technical, projects, business and finance team.
End to end responsible for Business expansion (property acquisition/ leasing).
Responsible for Site selection, inter departmental clearances, due diligence, feasibility study,
negotiations and deal closure.
Responsible for Landlord relationship management, grievances & redressal, dispute resolution and
final settlement of terminated sites.
Maintain an up to date database for the Real Estate team and prepare a presentation for MD site
selection criteria/ specs into consideration.
Build and maintain a network of property consultants, brokers & developers for procurement of retail
space.
Collaborate with cross functions within the organization.
Compile all documents in files.
Dealing with Authorities - Municipality/ Corporations, Water supply, Electricity, Sub/ Registrar of Revenue Department
Lease & License agreements
Identify tenant/ Rent recovery/ vacation notice purchase agreements/ sale deeds
Interior works.
Skills:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.
Must have good knowledge of real estate transactions.
Should be open to extensive travel.
Interpersonal skills to collaborate cross functionally.
Candidates need to have a strong track record of driving for results in the face of complexities
and challenges.
It is critical to the success of this role to be able to adapt to the delivery strategy.
Maintain strong engagement with local external service providers.
