Job Description:
We are looking for a Kitchen and Wardrobe Designer to join our team at Incanto Homes. This role is a mix of design expertise and sales skills, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy both creating premium interiors and interacting with clients. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, strong technical design skills, and the ability to convert client inquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
️ Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand their design preferences, space needs, and budgets
️ Develop customized 2D and 3D kitchen and wardrobe designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar softwar
e. ️ Present design concepts and product options at our experience center and assist clients in selecting the perfect solutio
ns. ️ Handle sales inquiries, follow up on leads, and drive conversions to achieve sales targ
ets. ️ Provide accurate cost estimates and assist in negotiating project pri
cing. ️ Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure flawless exec
ution. ️ Stay updated with Italian furniture trends, materials, and international design innov
ations.
Requir
ments:
Experience: 2-4 years in kitchen and wardrobe design, preferably in luxury or modular sol
utions. Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design
tools. Sales & Client Engagement: Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals effec
tively. Creativity & Detail Orientation: A keen eye for aesthetics, space planning, and functio
nality. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills in English, Hindi, and M
arathi. Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (pref
erred).
