Role Overview
We're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Associate to help scale outbound growth, manage inbound conversations, and support developer-focused GTM initiatives.
You'll work directly with the founder and growth team across:
outbound prospectinglead generationinbound discovery callsfollow-ups and nurturingpartnershipssales operationsGTM execution
This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, comfortable speaking with startup founders, and capable of operating modern outbound workflows using AI and sales automation tools.
ResponsibilitiesOutbound & ProspectingBuild targeted lead lists across DevTools, AI, SaaS, and infrastructure startupsRun outbound campaigns through LinkedIn and emailResearch companies, founders, and GTM positioning before outreachPersonalize cold outreach based on technical positioning and business contextMaintain outbound consistency and pipeline hygiene
Sales & Growth Tooling
You'll actively work with modern sales and outbound tools including:
ApolloYAMM (Yet Another Mail Merge)LinkedIn Sales NavigatorClayHubSpot / CRM toolsAI research & automation workflowsLead enrichment toolsEmail sequencing platforms
Experience with any of these is a strong plus.
Inbound & Discovery CallsHandle inbound discovery and qualification callsUnderstand customer pain points and requirementsCoordinate internally on proposals and next stepsManage follow-ups and deal progressionGrowth OperationsMaintain CRM pipelines and lead trackingSupport GTM campaigns and partnership initiativesCoordinate proposal follow-ups and onboarding communicationTrack outbound performance and response metrics
