Position: US Recruitment Executive
Location: Vadodara (Baroda), Gujarat - Onsite
Experience Required: 3-5 Years
Key Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in US Staffing / Recruitment
• Hands-on experience working with MSP or Direct Clients
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
• Experience across the full recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
