GOOGLE PPC MARKETING
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Develop and implement performance-driven strategies aligned with business goals (Lead Generation & ROI)
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
• Continuously optimize campaigns using:
• A/B testing (ad copies, creatives, landing pages)
• Bid strategies (manual & automated)
• Conversion tracking improvements
• Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
Work closely with:
• Design team (for creatives)
• Content team (for ad copies)
• Development team (for landing page optimization & tracking)
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
• Implement and manage tracking tools:
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Use automation tools, scripts, and smart bidding strategies to improve performance at scale
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
• Expertise in:
• Keyword planning tools
• Audience segmentation
• Conversion tracking setup
• Strong understanding of:
• GA4 & GTM
• Funnel optimization
• Landing page performance
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and take decisions
• Experience with tools like:
• SEMrush / Ahrefs (preferred)
• Google Data Studio / Looker Studio
KPIs / Success Metrics:
• Cost per Lead (CPL)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Lead Quality & Funnel Performance
