Investor Arena is looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale high-budget digital campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn platforms. This role requires a strategic and data-driven professional with proven expertise in real estate lead generation and campaign scaling.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
• Drive high-quality lead generation for residential, commercial, and luxury real estate projects
• Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Develop advanced audience targeting strategies including retargeting and lookalike audiences
• Manage and allocate large advertising budgets effectively
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to enhance lead quality and funnel performance
• Analyze campaign data using GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools and provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (Real Estate Mandatory)
• Proven track record in managing and scaling lead generation campaigns
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• In-depth understanding of conversion tracking, Pixel implementation, GA4, and GTM
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
