Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical is one of the key areas of growth for iQuanti, and the team is focused on developing differentiated solutions for this vertical.
About the Role
iQuanti is looking for an experienced and result-driven individual to join the Solutions team as a Director of Digital Paid Channel Solutions. You will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for iQuanti's enterprise clients in order to maximise the digital acquisition ROI of our clients and drive growth.
This role will require strong analytical skills in both paid platforms and analytics tools with a deep knowledge of digital media, technology and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies on all digital marketing, including SEM, Social Media, Email, Video & Display advertising campaigns Collect and analyse data from various digital marketing channels to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimisationBuild media plans, devise paid search campaign strategy and plans for our enterprise customersSupport the engagement teams who create, implement, track, analyse, and optimise campaigns across the various platforms with best-practice recommendationsPerform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted Supervise in-depth analysis of campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvementContinually identify automation opportunities across campaigns while driving towards client KPIs Provide inputs into monthly strategy read-outs and performance insights (internally) and detailed monthly and quarterly results (to clients)
Additionally, as a SME:
Be the face of iQuanti's paid channel strategy for customers, conduct workshops, present data-led strategic plans to customers and lay down roadmaps for achieving business goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goalsHelp drive new thinking and innovation in paid digital offering through expertise, advice and strategic inputs.Support the consulting team to suitably position Paid Digital Solutions to prospective clients and support the development of presentations. Supervise and guide the engagement teams with best-practice recommendations across the marketing platforms.Incorporate relevant new developments and best practices in search advertising to client campaigns - new features, beta products, analysis methodology, etc. and participate in thought leadership initiatives.Recommend changes to existing processes and systems to improve overall workload efficiency and/or performance.
The Ideal Candidate Will
Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in managing paid search, PLA and display campaigns.Have planned, executed and optimised full-funnel, performance marketing campaigns.Be highly proficient in campaign setup on Google Ads, including audience planning, writing campaign briefs and budget prioritisation. Experience with SA360 is preferred.Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and a high degree of comfort with data analysisHave performed quantitative analysis with large datasets to infer patterns in data.Be an excellent communicator, capable of managing multiple priorities with teams across time zones and geographies.Good mix of brand and agency side experience would be ideal.Be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising, communications, MIS or statistics preferred,
