What You'll Do
Social Media & Content Strategy
Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter
Create engaging content plans and monthly content calendars
Build brand storytelling that drives engagement, awareness, and conversions
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms
Content Creation
Write compelling social media copy, blogs, website content, and landing pages
Create content optimized for SEO and audience engagement
Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and sales teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
Stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior
Campaign & Platform Management
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights and analytics
Conduct competitor and trend analysis across social platforms
Coordinate with media and advertising partners for campaign execution
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and measure ROI
Ensure website and digital platforms stay updated with new offerings and campaigns
What We're Looking For
4-5+ years of experience in social media/content marketing (agency experience preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and content work
Excellent writing and communication skills
Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, and social media optimization
Experience managing multiple brands or industries
Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
