Role Overview:
To define and articulate the Talent Goals & Strategies for the Mega Manufacturing plant - Dolvi Works, near Mumbai. Design and implement strategies interventions that aim to access, develop and engage employees with long-term potential and build talent pipeline for business critical roles. Manage succession planning to critical role. Engage and influence business stakeholders on talent practices and partner with them to set the business/function talent goals and design leading practice solutions to meet the changing business and talent needs and institutionalize best in class solutions and processes.
KRA:
Lead and manage the
Performance Management System (PMS) to drive a high-performance culture through goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.Design and execute
Succession Planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity and build strong internal talent pipelines.Develop and implement
Career Development frameworks and internal mobility programs to support employee growth and retention.Drive
Talent Development initiatives, including learning programs, coaching, and capability building aligned with business needs.Support
Organizational Development through change management, culture building, and data-driven improvement strategies.Collaborate with managers to create and track
Individual Development Plans (IDPs) that align personal aspirations with organizational goals.
Qualification & Experience:
Full Time MBA in Human Resources with minimum 15 years of work experience.
