Experience - 1-2 Yrs
Location - Navi Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations & closures
Manage and call the sales team to achieve targets
Build strong relationships with developers and customers
Plan and execute sales strategies for residential/commercial projects
Train, guide, and monitor sales executives
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation
Ensure compliance with RERA rules and documentation
Track performance and prepare sales reports
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Minimum 2 years in a Sales Manager role
Strong knowledge of RERA regulations
Excellent communication, leadership & negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Willing to work across any regional market, as per business requirements
Qualification:
Graduate
