About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Mining Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, extracting, and structuring high-quality data to support business expansion, lead generation, and strategic decision-making.
The role requires someone who can source large volumes of relevant institutional and corporate data, transform it into actionable insights, and help the business development team build a strong and scalable outreach pipeline.
This position will play a critical role in strengthening our data-driven growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and extract relevant institutional, corporate, and decision-maker data from multiple online and offline sources.Build and maintain high-quality structured databases for business development, partnerships, and recruitment initiatives.Perform data mining, web scraping, and data enrichment to identify potential leads and market opportunities.Research and compile target lists of colleges, universities, HR leaders, and decision-makers across regions.Work closely with the sales and business development teams to provide accurate lead intelligence and prospect lists.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regular database updates.Develop data frameworks and processes to improve data acquisition efficiency.Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and potential market opportunities.Support strategic initiatives by generating insightful reports and dashboards.Tools & Technical Skills
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
Advanced Excel / Google SheetsData scraping tools (Apify, Octoparse, ParseHub, etc.)LinkedIn Sales Navigator / professional networking platformsCRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar)Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or automation tools will be an advantageData cleaning and enrichment platformsCompensation & Benefits
