Conduct Training Sessions:
Deliver interactive online sessions focusing on soft skills development based on the modules & curriculum available. Create an open, safe & inclusive environment in the sessions which fosters emotional growth.Utilise innovative and effective training methodologies to engage participants.Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with the content development team to further enhance and customise training modules.Be actively responsible for the learner's growth and development.Feedback and Assessment:
Implement feedback-driven sessions, encouraging active participation and continuous improvement.Conduct assessments to measure learner's progress and adapt training methods accordingly.Individual and Group Coaching:
