    Position Overview:

    We are seeking dynamic and eager to learn individuals to join our team . The ideal candidate will facilitate engaging and interactive online sessions, providing valuable insights and strategies to enhance various skills of our learner base.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Conduct Training Sessions:

    Deliver interactive online sessions focusing on soft skills development based on the modules & curriculum available. Create an open, safe & inclusive environment in the sessions which fosters emotional growth.Utilise innovative and effective training methodologies to engage participants.


    Curriculum Development:

    Collaborate with the content development team to further enhance and customise training modules.Be actively responsible for the learner's growth and development.


    Feedback and Assessment:

    Implement feedback-driven sessions, encouraging active participation and continuous improvement.Conduct assessments to measure learner's progress and adapt training methods accordingly.


    Individual and Group Coaching:

    Provide personalised coaching to individuals seeking specific soft skills development. Facilitate group simulations to enhance collaborative leadership skills.


    You'll be a strong fit if you have:


    Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate deep, reflective conversations.The ability to connect emotional insight to leadership effectiveness and workplace outcomes.High cognitive capacity-you can hold complexity, nuance, and ambiguity with ease.Adaptability-you customize your approach based on the individual, not a fixed script.Deep empathy combined with accountability-you create safety and stretch people to grow.Experience: 2-7 years of experience in coaching, training, teaching, facilitation, or relevant industries is preferred.
