Role Description
2-5 years in business development, category management, growth, or finance roles
Comfortable owning a P&L and understanding contribution margin
Qualifications
MBA from a top-tier institution (IIM, ISB, or equivalent)
Strong at financial modelling, including building revenue forecasts and unit economics models in Excel
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar)
Comfortable working with ambiguity, building from scratch, and wearing multiple hats
Excellent communicator capable of writing sharp emails, running corporate meetings, and negotiating distribution deals
