Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage and coordinate outdoor marketing activities, including hoardings, billboards, signage, branding campaigns, and vendor coordination. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring outdoor advertising campaigns to ensure maximum brand visibility and effective utilization of marketing spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage outdoor advertising campaigns including hoardings, billboards, kiosks, banners, and transit media Identify and evaluate suitable outdoor advertising locations based on visibility and target audience Liaise with vendors, agencies, printers, and site owners for execution of campaigns Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and removal of hoardings and branding materials Monitor site quality, illumination, artwork placement, and campaign visibility Coordinate with the design team for creative artwork and branding requirements Maintain records of advertising sites, agreements, permits, and vendor payments Conduct market surveys and competitor outdoor branding analysis Track campaign timelines, budgets, and execution status Prepare reports with site photographs, campaign updates, and performance feedback Ensure compliance with local municipal guidelines and advertising regulations
Required Skills
Strong coordination and vendor management skills Knowledge of outdoor advertising and branding activities Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines
Experience
2-3 years of experience in outdoor marketing, hoardings, advertising coordination, or branding activities
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
