    The Site Head - Residential Sales will be responsible for driving all sales activities at the project site, ensuring revenue targets are met through effective team leadership, strategic planning, and execution.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement site-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to align sales plans accordingly.

    Ensure pricing, offers, and sales processes are aligned with company policies and market dynamics.

    Lead and manage the on-site sales team including Sourcing Managers, Closing Managers.

    Allocate targets, track performance, and ensure high motivation and productivity across the team.

    Oversee the lead funnel from generation to closure ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

    Interact with high-value clients for deal negotiations and final closures.

    Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to senior management.

    Coordinate with marketing, CRM, finance, and construction teams for smooth operations at the site.

    Monitor inventory, pricing updates, and collection progress.
