La Bake Amore is the fastest growing Baking Science Academy. We offer range of courses for aspiring bakers, ranging from short workshops to advance diploma courses. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and creative pastry chef. Who have a passion for teaching.
Salary: 30,000.00 - 65,000.00 per month
Location: Lajpat Nagar, South Delhi
Responsibilities
Develop new recipes and design course curriculumConduct training sessionsPlan, implement and manage daily operationsMaintain health and hygiene standards in the kitchenQualifications
Demonstrable basics in pastry and bakeryAttention to detail and creativityDegree in Hotel Management with special interest in bakery or a certificate/diploma in baking and patisserie or any relevant applicable degree(Optional) Previous work experience as a pastry chef is preferred but not mandatoryAdditional Information
Shift is 10 hours per day. One day off per week fixed as per schedule.The candidate must be available for a mandatory interview and trial in person.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

- Working Days: 6 days (9 am - 6:30 pm) (Monday weekly off)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized career guidance and counseling to students.
- Develop and implement effective career development plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless student support.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Face-to-face interaction preferred.
- Minimum 6 months experience in any hard core sales.
