Role Overview: We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations for plotted developments in Vrindavan. The role requires strong expertise in Channel Partner (CP) management, direct sales, and high-ticket closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage channel partner network to achieve sales targetsDevelop and execute sales strategies for plotted developmentsDrive revenue through direct sales and CP-driven sales channelsEnsure smooth onboarding, training, and performance tracking of CPsBuild and maintain a strong investor and HNI client pipelineHandle and convert high-quality leads from marketing campaignsDeliver compelling project presentations and site visit conversionsManage corporate clients, investors, and NRI prospectsNegotiate and close high-value transactions effectivelyMonitor market trends and gather real estate intelligenceEnsure timely follow-ups, deal closures, and revenue generationTake ownership of monthly & quarterly sales targets
Key Skills Required:
Strong experience in real estate sales (Plots & Apartment Preferred)Expertise in Channel Partner handling & network buildingExcellent negotiation & closing skillsStrong communication & presentation abilitiesTarget-driven and result-oriented mindset
