Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activitiesHandle invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliationsMaintain accurate financial records and documentationWork with GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirementsPrepare MIS reports and support financial reporting activitiesCoordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teamsEnsure proper maintenance of accounts in Zoho BooksRequired Skills & Qualifications

What you'll do
Client relationships
Be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build long-term, trust-based relationships.Run regular health checks to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and surface areas to improve.Share clear reports on performance, deliverables, and campaign outcomes.Service delivery
Track every deliverable against agreed turn-around times and resolve client requests within SLA.Escalate issues to the right internal teams promptly and follow through until they're closed.Keep clean documentation of client interactions, requirements, and project status.Account growth
Spot upsell opportunities and pitch next-tier products or services that genuinely fit the client.Stay current on product updates and industry shifts so the insights you share with clients are actually useful.Contribute to account growth strategies and revenue targets.Cross-functional collaboration
Coordinate with sales, product, tech, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless client experience.Carry client feedback back to the right stakeholders so it shapes future decisions.What we're looking for
Education & experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-3 years in account management, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role.Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or digital marketing is strongly preferred.Skills
Excellent spoken and written English - clear, articulate, professional.Strong relationship-building instincts and a problem-solving mindset under pressure.Highly organized; comfortable managing multiple accounts in parallel.Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.A data-driven mindset - you let numbers inform the story you tell clients.Genuine customer obsession.
