Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, digital platforms, and channel partners.Identify potential customers and understand their property requirements.Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and property features to prospective clients.Conduct property/site visits and assist customers throughout the sales process.Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into customers.Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Assist customers with documentation and booking formalities.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.

Qualifications

Experience
