About the RoleWe are seeking a dentist (BDS/MDS) based in India to support our U.S. dental clinics with clinical documentation, chart review, treatment note preparation, and insurance narratives.
This is a non-patient-facing remote role ideal for dentists interested in working with international healthcare systems and gaining exposure to U.S. dental documentation standards.

The Dental Billing & Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing insurance claims, patient billing, and accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience with dental insurance, Dentrix (or similar PMS), and is highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
Submit and track dental insurance claims electronically and manuallyVerify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to treatmentFollow up on unpaid, denied, or delayed claimsPost insurance payments and patient payments accuratelyHandle claim appeals and resubmissionsReview Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and resolve discrepanciesCommunicate with insurance companies regarding claim statusWork closely with the front desk and clinical teams for billing accuracyManage accounts receivable and aging reportsEnsure compliance with HIPAA and dental billing regulationsQualifications

Liberty Medtechs is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to the Operations Head to support daily operations across our growing network of dental clinics.
This is a high-impact leadership support role involving coordination across compliance, HR, accounting, billing, IT support, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will function as a central communication hub between clinics, leadership, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, meetings, and leadership schedules
Track action items across 13 clinic locations
Prepare operational reports and dashboards
Draft professional communications on behalf of leadership
Maintain structured documentation systems
Multi-Clinic Operations Coordination
Communicate regularly with office managers and providers
Track clinic-level operational performance metrics
Support rollout of SOPs and policies
Monitor task completion across locations
Coordinate vendor follow-ups
Accounting & Financial Coordination
Assist with invoice tracking and vendor payments
Coordinate with bookkeeping/accounting teams
Support payroll follow-ups with office managers
Monitor expense submissions from clinics
Track budgeting updates and operational costs
Dental Billing Coordination
Coordinate with billing teams on claim status updates
Track insurance aging and escalation cases

Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
2+ years operations coordination, executive assistant, or healthcare admin experience
Dental office experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting multi-location organizations is a plus
