    Who we are.

    LightYears Health is on a mission to redefine how India ages, not with fear, but with science. We make clinically validated nutrition products for people who refuse to slow down: the 55-year-old who still lifts, the woman navigating menopause on her own terms, the 70-year-old who outruns her grandchildren.

    We're not a supplement company. We're a preventive health company, building evidence-backed wellness products across arthritis, pain management, and hormonal health. And we're just getting started.

    The role.

    Working closely with our founder, you will be spearheading LightYears performance marketing efforts across various channels including Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce channels. The role will include:

    Managing ad accounts across different channels: You will be managing our ads accounts for Meta, Google, and Amazon, as well as, be in regular touch with the POCs of each of these accounts.Working with our performance marketing partners to improve ad performance: You will be working regularly with our PM partners to understand what's going right and what's going wrong, strategize new campaigns, collect insights, and implement new strategies to improve ROAS.Working with our creative team to develop new creatives for each creative cycle: You will work closely with our creative teams to get content right. This includes both static and video content. You will also be working with the founder on production of performance marketing content.Crunching data: data drives everything at LightYears health. We require candidates who can apply excel skills to collect data, generate stats, and glean insights from them. Data analyses include cohort analyses, analyses on retention, and product level analyses.


    (The bare minimum) qualifications.

    Bachelor's degree.3+ years in performance marketing.Excel skills.Knowledge of Meta and Google ads platforms.

We are building a team of healthcare geeks and an interest in the latest trends in nutrition, health, longevity, and healthy ageing is preferred (though not required).
