Position: Event Operations Executive - (Corporate Events / Exhibitions)
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per month
Experience: 2-4 Years

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an Event Operations Executive who understands the backend of corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for budgeting, costing, vendor coordination, and client communication.
This is a backend operations role focused on planning, financial control, and execution support. The position is completely office-based.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Convert client requirements into structured event budgets and costing plans
• Prepare detailed costing sheets and quotations for corporate events and exhibitions
• Work closely with vendors to obtain accurate pricing and finalize budgets
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and profitability
• Maintain control over event budgets and track actual vs planned expenses
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and client deliverables
• Handle professional communication with clients via email and calls
• Maintain proper documentation, revisions, and approvals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict timelines
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate events or exhibition management
• Proven experience in event budgeting and costing
• Strong understanding of event cost components (production, fabrication, manpower, logistics, F&B, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for costing and tracking
• Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and multiple events

• This role is focused on backend operations, not on-ground event execution
• Candidates with only wedding or social event experience will not be considered

Role Overview:

Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales
- Strong network in Delhi/NCR market
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Skills:
- Freight forwarding knowledge (Imports preferred)
