Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations of the team.
Assist in data collection, research, and analysis to support ongoing projects.
Help create and manage Partners/users for LXME's platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and deliverables.
Contribute ideas to enhance LXME's women-focused financial initiatives.
Assist in organizing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Requirements:
Current student or recent graduate in Business / Marketing / Finance / Communications
/ Related field .
Strong interest in women's financial empowerment and fintech.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
The Growth Manager will be the driver of LXME's post-acquisition growth engine - owning every step from app download to revenue. This role focuses on activation, conversion, retention, and monetization across LXME's UPI (Pay) and Investment (MF) products.
You'll use data, experimentation, and user insights to design scalable growth loops that turn new users into loyal, high-value customers.
What You'll Build / Lead / Own:
Design and own the post-download growth funnel across LXME Pay and LXME Invest.
Drive activation, repeat transactions, and retention through data-led interventions.
Optimize distribution business conversions to maximize accounts & AUM .
Lead partner-led growth initiatives such as bootcamps and collaborations.
Build and manage growth dashboards, cohorts, and analytics frameworks.
Experiment with journeys, communications, and in-app behavior to increase revenue per user.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, and Sales to align user experience with business outcomes.

Increase Conversion rate from activation revenue.
Growth in monthly growth in AUM and TPV.

Deep understanding of user lifecycle metrics, funnel analytics, and growth frameworks.
Hands-on with data tools (Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Moengage, SQL, GA4, or equivalent).
Proven track record of driving measurable revenue or user retention outcomes.
Exposure to mutual funds, UPI, or financial platforms preferred.

About the Role:
