Job Role: Construction manager
Job Location : Chennai
As a Construction Manager at M Moser, you will:
Work with the team to develop project-related details including interior designers, site workers etc.Monitor technical tasks for overall design and build projects, including Builder's Work, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.Coordinate various trades on-site.Supervising and managing site subcontractors' workers, including construction quality control and technical guidance.Site inspection and site management for construction workersSchedule and in charge of site meetings with clients.Ensure that all construction activities comply with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including building codes and safety standards.Handover the project to the client, including as-built documentation.

Knowledge and experience in fit-out.Knowledge on Control and Instrumentation systems with experience working on integration of lighting, HVAC controls, smart office systems, and other automated building management technologies into interior spaces.Experience in project documentation, including progress reports, site inspection.Able to work independently and be motivated.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in the workplace interior design field is preferred; however, candidates with less experience will also be considered.Proficiency in spoken and written English Read Less
