You will own Madify's social media presence and support content creation for client brands. This is both a strategic and hands-on role; you will plan content, write captions, shoot reels, manage posting schedules, and track performance across Instagram and LinkedIn.
This role is open to freshers and experienced candidates both. If you have some experience and a strong portfolio, we want to hear from you.
Who We're Looking For
If you're a fresher: You've built something on your own: a personal page, a college project, a brand account and you understand what makes content actually perform, not just look good. You're ready to bring that instinct into a professional setting.
If you're experienced: You've managed social media for a brand or agency, you know the difference between content that gets saved and content that gets scrolled past, and you want to work somewhere your ideas actually get used.
What You'll Own
Madify's Social Media
Plan and execute Madify's content calendar across Instagram and LinkedInWrite captions and scripts that sound human, not corporateShoot and edit reels, carousels, and static postsEngage with the community: comments, DMs, and brand interactionsTrack performance and iterate based on what's workingClient Content Support
Assist in creating content briefs for creator campaignsSupport clients with content strategy and platform-specific recommendationsStay on top of trends and bring fresh ideas into client conversationsWhat You Bring
Some experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or your own pageStrong eye for aesthetics: you know what looks good and what doesn'tComfortable shooting and editing short-form video on your phone or with basic toolsGood writer: your captions don't sound like they were written by a botFamiliar with Instagram and LinkedIn as platforms professionally, not just personallyBasic knowledge of analytics: reach, engagement, saves, and what they meanWhat Makes This Different
