The incumbent in this role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for Early Career talent in India. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and business leaders to develop accurate Early Career workforce forecasts and to design targeted school and university engagement strategies and attraction campaigns that align with the Colleague Value Proposition.
They will partner with business stakeholders to define assessment criteria and selection strategies, craft comprehensive job descriptions, and guide the recruitment process through candidate assessment, interviewing, and offer stages. This role will also manage candidate engagement through effective keep-warm strategies and communications, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
Additionally, the role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and the Early Career programme team to support ongoing talent acquisition objectives.
