Job Summary:
The Head - Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation (Medanta-Noida) will be responsible for leading and developing physiotherapy and rehabilitation services - (In Patient, Out Patient, homecare & Neighbourhood Clinics). The role combines clinical leadership, operational excellence, and financial management. The incumbent will begin by managing one hospital unit and later may oversee multiple existing and new centres.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation department at the assigned hospital unit.Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centric physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.Integrate hospital-based physiotherapy with homecare rehabilitation for continuity of care.Develop and implement departmental strategies to drive service growth and operational efficiency.Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability (P&L accountability).Supervise, mentor, and develop the physiotherapy team to enhance clinical and operational capabilities.Standardize treatment protocols, documentation, and quality assurance practices across units.Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure coordinated patient care.Introduce innovative rehabilitation techniques, technology, and evidence-based practices.Monitor patient feedback and ensure service quality improvement initiatives are implemented.Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.Support the setup, on boarding, and operationalization of physiotherapy departments in new hospital units.
