Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads across both domestic (India) and international markets. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across national and international markets.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients (virtual/in-person).Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.Required Skills & Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS.Proven track record of achieving targets.Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).Experience in selling to international clients (US, UK, APAC markets preferred).Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.Ability to work in night shifts (for international markets, if required).Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Compensation & Benefits:
