    1. Verifying the Docs processed by invoicing team with standard procedure

    2. Generating periodical compliancereports

    4. Work on different audits process of supply chain which involves freight, open Sales / Purchase Orders, local purchase and shipped status.

    5. Validation ofthe documents uploaded in the system with standard procedure

    7. Provide information and assistance as needed to inventory and warehouse personnel to allow for expeditious processing of damaged and defective merchandise.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    1. Bachelors / master's degree with a minimum of 1 - 4years of experience in INTERNATIONAL BPO, specialization in the Order Management is preferred.

    Responsibilities

    1. Review functional requirements to ensure Rates and Contracts are as per agreement, timely Invoice processing and payments to Inventory suppliers, Service Providers, Truckers, Shipping Lines and USA Ports as per payment terms acting as a liaison between MSI, its subsidiaries and vendors. 2. Ensuring Agreements/ Contracts are compliant with Federal, State and local agency requirements; also interact with vendors/agents for contract and insurance renewal.

    3. Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, project accounting and making adjustments as needed for Company and Its subsidiaries.

    4. Handle Imports related activities and interact with truckers/Shipping lines and CNBP agencies, Freight forwarders ensuring smooth discharge of containers.

    5. Ensure that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness and company's financial obligations are met efficiently.

    6. Oversee all payment transactions such as Check and Credit Card payments, Multi Currency Conversions and reconciliations.

    7. Provide financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations and Cost Control.

    8. Understand SLA requirements, Coordinate with Cross-functional teams, Plan and execute quality deliverables within TAT.

    9. Assist in Month End and Year End.

    10. Recommend ways to improve process and standards and automations.


    Qualifications


    1. Accounting graduate/post Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in accounting Domain. Must have Substantial AP ERP system experience like SAP, Quick Books, MAS etc.

    2. Strong Understating of Accounting Procedure, GL System, Payments, Stop Payments and proficient in 3 way tie out reconciliation.

    3. Excellent Computer skills with strong analytical and reporting skills.

    4. Strong attention to detail and has ability to learn quickly , Time Driven for meeting deadlines, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, vendors and Contractors.

    5. Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through analytical thinking.
