    Network Strategy Planning & Retail Development:


    Support dealer scouting and selection - prepare and rollout out new dealer wanted communication. Screen and short list the applicants. Support in evaluation, release of LOI, build up phase and Start of Operations


    Steer the project management for new /refurbishment from start to conclusion. Support in finalization of layout with the architects, support dealer and vendors in preparation of project timelines, BOQ finalization, material ordering, ICS /OCS ordering, etc. Conduct regular site visits, review no site work ensuring a timely delivery of the project.


    Ensure set up and activation of sales systems, DMS, CRM, VOC and other IT processes. Support dealer to establish processes, systems, and operations as per standards and local market requirement.


    Develop the Sales and service Standards - SOP's and communicate the same with the dealers


    Manage HST reporting ensure dealer Buno are activated at the right time, ensure all HST records are up to date and share regular reports with the management Read Less
